I bring a broad and varied experience of working in both public and private health sectors and in the use of a spectrum of therapeutic modalities including body-focused psychotherapies such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) in addition to conventional CBT, EMDR and Schema Focused Therapy. In the NHS I worked on Community Mental Health Teams and Eating Disorders Services and lectured on Trauma and Abuse. I have also worked as Clinical Director of a residential trauma unit in Harley Street and set up my own independent psychology businesses treating individuals and NHS employees.

I trained in an integrative model at University College London (UCL) comprising dynamic, systemic and cognitive approaches to psychotherapy. I have enjoyed building on this core training with my passion for integrating mind, body and spirit into the work, applying all I have learned in a creative and formulation-based way.

“I believe building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship underpins everything we do.”
